Experienced Doctors & Nurses

Dr Julia Piper and Dr Jeremy Fenby-Taylor hold the Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Dr Coggins is a Consultant in Occupational Medicine. Any Company or firm that wishes to find out more about the services on offer are welcome to visit the practice, and / or arrange a meeting with Dr Piper and / or Mike Piper (Commercial Director) who will be delighted to advise.

We also have 5 nurses, including Vicki Hewitt, who are experienced Occupational Health Nurses.

Flu Vaccinations

Please note that flu vaccinations are available on an annual basis to ensure your employees stay at work and your business continues to function effectively. Please contact us on 0116 2700 373 to arrange your annual visit from one of our Nurses.

Ideally we need to know your requirements before the flu season starts (can be as early as October), ideally around January in the year in which your flu vaccinations start.

Measles In Europe

As we write, there have been over 1000 cases of Measles in France. Switzerland and Germany also have significant problems with measles. This is because these countries do not have such good immunisation coverage as we do in the UK. By contrast there have been 80 cases in England. The most recent outbreak of measles is at Leeds University where so far 15 students have been affected. The first case was exposed during a skiing trip to France.
