Experienced Doctors & Nurses

Dr Julia Piper and Dr Robert Hampton both hold the Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Dr Coggins is a Consultant in Occupational Medicine. Any Company or firm that wishes to find out more about the services on offer are welcome to visit the practice, and / or arrange a meeting with Dr Piper and / or Mike Piper (Commercial Director) who will be delighted to advise.

We also have 2 nurses, Rosie Clark and Claire Davis , who have many years experience in Occupational Health between them.

Flu Vaccinations

Please note that private flu vaccinations are available on an annual basis to ensure your employees stay at work and your business continues to function effectively. Please contact us on 0116 2700 373 to arrange your annual visit from one of our Nurses.

Ideally we need to know your requirements before the flu season starts (can be as early as October), ideally around January in the year in which your flu vaccinations start.

Swine Flu Vaccinations are now available at the practice for anyone whos is in an 'at risk' group. This includes 1. Children aged 6 months to 5 years, 2. Anyone suffering from a chronic illness or whose immune system is compromised or anyone living with such a person, 3. Pregnant women.

This year's annual flu vaccinations are now available from the practice. Please ring to book an appointment. You may also like to consider having a Pneumococcal vaccination to immunize you against Pneumonia which is a potentially severe complication if you do get flu.
