How to Find Us

3 Knighton Grange Road is conveniently located in a pleasant residential area only five minutes drive from the centre of Leicester, to the south-east of the city. It is easily accessible from the main A6 (London Road), and is a short distance from the M1 and M69 motorways and the railway station.

By road from Leicester City Centre

Travel from the train station south towards Market Harborough. Go straight over the Victoria Park roundabout, and continue straight on for c 2 miles over 2 sets of lights and a pedestrian crossing, until you see the Dentique dental practice, on your LHS. Turn left into Guildford Road and immediately right into Knighton Grange Road. We are the 4th house on the RHS noticeable by it's cream wall and iron gates. A small brass plaque will be seen on the left hand pillar external to the house and also by the main door.

Parking

There is parking for 4 cars inside the driveway, 2 on the LHS and 2 on the RHS in front of the garage (this is occasionally, but not very frequently, in use during the day). It is also usually possible to park behind the cars parked on the LHS. There are double yellow lines immediately in front of the house. However there is plenty of parking only 50 yards further up Knighton Grange Road (from the lampost on the RHS going south). If in doubt please ask one of our friendly staff.

By road from the M1 and M69 motorways:

Exit at Junction 21 of the M1 (also the last junction for the M69 motorway).

Continue a short distance along the A46 towards Leicester and upon reaching the Fosse Park Shopping Centre roundabout at the end of this road, turn right. Keep in the left hand lane. Turn left at the next junction. The Brewery will be on your left hand side. Continue along this road, which is Soar Valley Way.

Continue on the A563 until you reach the roundabout at the end of Palmerston Way. With the Oadby Racecourse on your right, turn left at this roundabout.

From Oadby Racecourse Roundabout

Get into the right hand lane immediately after the racecourse roundabout. Immediately turn right into Glebe Road. At the end of this road turn left. This is Knighton Grange Road. Travel almost to the end of the road, where 3 Knighton Grange Road is situated on your left. It is the fourth house on the left from the end of the road noticeable by it's cream wall and iron gates. A small brass plaque will be seen on one of the pillars external to the house and also by the main door.

By road from Market Harborough

Travel down the Harborough road past SAINSBURY on your LHS and then ASDA on your RHS until you reach the Oadby Racecourse roundabout. Then follow directions above.

By Train

Alight at Leicester railway station (London Road).

3 Knighton Grange Road is approximately 2 ½ miles (ten minutes by taxi or bus).

By Bus

There is a regular bus service down London Road. Bus numbers 29, 30, 31 & 30A are available, and ask to be dropped by Guilford Road, or the Dentique Dental Practice.
